पादाभ्यङ्गान्नेत्रहितं तैलं शिरसि धारयेत्।

For eye health: massage feet with warm oil (especially the big toe area connected to eyes), apply oil to the head, practice Trataka (candle gazing) for strengthening eyes, wash eyes with rose water or triphala decoction. Avoid excessive screen exposure, reading in dim light, and suppressing tears. Consume ghee, carrots, and amla.
