अभ्यङ्गमाचरेत् नित्यं स जरा श्रम वातहा।

Daily oil massage (abhyanga) should be practiced regularly. It delays aging, relieves fatigue, pacifies Vata dosha, improves vision, nourishes the body, promotes longevity, induces good sleep, and makes the skin healthy and strong. Use warm sesame oil for Vata, coconut oil for Pitta, and mustard oil for Kapha.
