प्रमेहे मधुमेहे च करेलं जम्बूफलानि च।

English Translation

For diabetes (Prameha/Madhumeha): consume bitter gourd (karela), jamun seeds, fenugreek (methi), and turmeric. Gymnema (Gurmar - "sugar destroyer") reduces sugar cravings. Avoid sweet, oily, and heavy foods. Exercise daily - walking after meals is essential. Take Triphala and Shilajit. Manage stress as it spikes blood sugar.
