हृद्यं अर्जुनं च रक्तपित्तशामकम्।

English Translation

For heart health, Arjuna bark is the primary herb - it strengthens heart muscles, regulates blood pressure, and reduces cholesterol. Also beneficial: garlic, guggulu, and hawthorn. Practice pranayama (especially Anulom Vilom) daily. Avoid excessive salt, fried foods, and emotional stress. Walk regularly.
